Since its founding in March of 1994, CRASH Network has offered its subscribers a weekly digest of the news, views and information vital to the collision industry -- all in a format that keeps in mind the limited time available to business owners and company executives.

CRASH was created and overseen for 14 years by Sheila Loftus, also the editor and publisher of the nationally-renowned Hammer & Dolly publication for 28 years. Loftus saw CRASH as "almost a Monday morning meeting for the industry," a way to keep subscribers up-to-date in a fast-changing business. Her tenacity, unflinching honesty and integrity quickly made CRASH a "must-read" for many in the industry.

| John Yoswick became the editor and publisher of CRASH in 2008 after a nearly 20-year career reporting on the collision repair industry.
His introduction to the industry came shortly after he earned a journalism degree from Northwestern University when the public relations firm where he worked was hired to provide legislative support for a group of collision repair shops. He later spent two years as editor of a shop trade association publication covering the industry in the Pacific Northwest, and since 1991 has worked as a full-time freelance writer and contributing editor in the industry. His work appears regularly in about two dozen regional and national collision industry publications and websites in the United States, as well as those in several other countries.
